BCN Town Apartments Born features one apartment per floor, each equipped with the necessary amenities to make you feel right at home, including air conditioning, heating, fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV, strongbox and free Wi-Fi connection.
Each apartment comes with a welcome kit with complimentary items such as salt, sugar, coffee, powdered chocolate, herbal teas, oil, vinegar, etc. Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests as well as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap.
All apartments are equipped with smoke, fire and tobacco detectors as well as noise control sensors, automatic air conditioning deactivation systems in case of absence and 24-hour telephone customer service.
The building does not have a lift, so each floor is accessed by the main staircase.

Completely renovated, this apartment is an open loft space that combines the different environments distributed in 30m2. It consists of a space with an open kitchen and living room with views to the outside and another space with a comfortable double bed of 160x200 that can be converted into two single beds on request. The bathroom has a power shower and free aminities. All rooms come with bed linen and towels for all guests.
